Alleged Israeli airstrikes targeted ammunition warehouses belonging to Hezbollah and the Syrian military north of Damascus on Monday night, according to Syrian reports.
The strikes targeted sites near Yabrud and al-Qutayfa, according to the Syrian Capital Voice news site.
Large explosions could be heard and seen from a distance in footage reportedly from the area.

The Syrian Defense Ministry reported that alleged Israeli airstrikes had targeted several sites belonging to the Syrian military near Damascus, adding that only material damage was caused in the strikes.
Second airstrikes in the same area within 48 hours
This was the second time within 48 hours that the area near Yabrud was targeted by alleged Israeli airstrikes.
On Saturday night, alleged Israeli airstrikes targeted warehouses belonging to the Syrian military and Hezbollah in the area, according to the Capital Voice. Satellite imagery from a day later showed signs that the warehouses were heavily damaged in the strikes.
One Syrian soldier was injured in the strikes on Saturday night, according to Syrian state media.
