An employee of the UN Department of Safety and Security (DSS) was killed, and another employee was wounded after their vehicle was hit as they traveled to the European Hospital in Rafah on Monday morning, Farhan Haq, deputy spokesman for the UN Secretary-General, said Monday evening.
The Israeli defense establishment is investigating if they were wounded by IDF or Hamas fire, according to Israeli media.
