A ceremony for departing Police Commissioner Kobi Shabtai took place on Sunday evening at the National Police College, Israeli media reported.
Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir did not attend the ceremony.
Public officials that attended the ceremony included President Isaac Herzog, former Mossad head Yossi Cohen, and former attorney general Avichai Mandelblit.
