The meeting between Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and US President Joe Biden will still go forward as planned despite the US leader's recent sickness and his announcement that he will not seek reelection, a US official told the Associated Press on Sunday.

A US official familiar with Biden’s schedule told the Press this on the condition of anonymity.

Possible new Democratic nominee to also meet with the prime minister

Vice President Kamala Harris, who has since received many endorsements by notable Democrats for president since Biden stepped down, is also slated to meet with the Israeli leader.
