Russian President Vladimir Putin is set to meet Iran's new President Ebrahim Raisi, according to reports by the official Iranian news agency and the Kremlin on Monday overnight.
The meeting will take place at the BRICS summit in the Russian city of Kazan on October. The participating countries at the event will include Brazil, Russia, India, China, South Africa, Egypt, Iran, Ethiopia, and the United Arab Emirates.
