The Israeli delegation returned from Cairo, where they held discussions on ceasefire negotiations on Saturday afternoon, according to Israeli media.
The delegation included Mossad Director David Barnea and Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) Director Ronen Bar, who are expected to meet with the Egyptian General Intelligence Service Director Abbas Kamel.
They reportedly discussed a hostage and ceasefire deal as well as the potential reopening of the Rafah crossing.
