The government approved Communication Minister Shlomo Karhi's bill to close the Hezbollah-affiliated Al Mayadeen news outlet on Sunday, the Communication Ministry said.
The ministry added that Karhi signed warrants for confiscating equipment and blocking the outlet's websites.
