US Vice President Kamala Harris officially accepted the Democratic presidential nomination along with her running mate, Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, in a video screened at the DNC in Chicago while speaking at a rally in Milwaukee.
The nomination was believed to go to President Joe Biden until he exited the race in July and endorsed Harris.
