Gunshots sounded near a Chabad house in Bucharest Wednesday evening.
Chabad of Bucharest said that the incident was a disagreement between neighbors who live near the facility, though this is unconfirmed.
Police have temporarily shut the street down and requested the Chabad members go into lockdown as the area is being scanned.
