A Toronto man who made antisemitic threats to harm a passenger on a subway train was arrested on Tuesday, the Toronto Police Service announced on Thursday.
Vilis Snikers Awan Bahadur, 32, was charged with uttering threats after an August 13 incident in which he began to verbally engage a fellow passenger soon after they boarded the train.
