Attorney-General Gali Baharav-Miara informed Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Thursday that she would not represent his position in the petitions calling for establishing a state commission of inquiry.
She added that she would allow him to hire private representation. She stated, "A state commission of inquiry is, unequivocally, the unique legal tool appropriate for investigating the events of October 7 and the 'Iron Swords' war."
