The new airline, Air Haifa, received its operational operating license from the Transportation Ministry on Wednesday.
It will begin operating flights from Haifa to Eilat starting October 13 and to Cyprus starting October 14.
Between September 30 and October 11, the company will have daily flights from Tel Aviv to Ramon Airport and back.
Flights from Haifa Airport will be operating subject to security assessments.
