Three people moderately wounded following rocket attack toward Neot Mordechai

Approximately ten rockets were identified crossing from Lebanon towards the area, the IDF reported, noting that some impacts were detected in the area.

Three people were moderately wounded by a rocket strike in Kibbutz Neot Mordechai in northern Israel, Maariv reported on Tuesday.

Approximately ten rockets were identified crossing from Lebanon towards the area, the IDF reported, noting that some impacts were detected in the area.

Later, three wounded were reported on Israeli media, all of which were evacuated to the hospital to recieve medical treatment.

Additionally, one person was lightly wounded from shrapnel following the rocket attack from Lebanon on Tuesday midday, according to a Maariv report.

Approximately 30 rockets were identified crossing from Lebanon towards the Upper Galilee and Western Galilee areas, the IDF reported. Some of the rockets were intercepted, however the IDF noted that some impacts were detected.

Shortly after the IDF's report, Israeli media announced that a 32-year-old man from Nahariya was lightly wounded from shrapnel.

Early Tuesday attacks

Earlier on Tuesday, approximately 20 rockets were launched from Lebanon towards Israel, with Hezbollah taking responsiblity for the attack shortly after. At first, around five rockets were launched from Lebanon toward central Israel, most of which were intercepted by the Iron Dome, though one hit an open area.

Hezbollah claimed it had targeted an Iron Dome battery near Tel Aviv and the Glilot base of military intelligence unit 8200. Meanwhile, Israeli police and bomb disposal experts worked to secure an impact site in Bnei Brak, following reports of interception debris.

Around the same time, 15 more rockets were fired by Hezbollah in the Upper Galilee, with some intercepted and others landing in open areas. some interception debris had fallen in Kibbutz Ma'agan Michael, lightly wounding a 53-year-old man and damaging building and parking vehicles.

The man was evacuated to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center for treatment.
