The Foreign Affairs Ministry called on Israelis in Greece to avoid the areas of the Israeli embassy in Athens, Aristotle University, as well as the area around the US consulate in Thessaloniki, and to conceal Israeli and Jewish symbols.
This was due to protests expected in these areas, with concerns about the participation of anti-Israeli elements and potential outbreaks of violence.
