The 27-year-old Brian Director from Ma'alot-Tarshiha was killed from shrapnel following a rocket barrage from Lebanon towards Nahariya, Magen David Adom (MDA)'s CEO Eli Bin announced on Thursday.
Initially, Director's identity was unknown to the public, and he was classified as critically wounded before his death was determined.
However, later, Israeli media published his name.
The IDF announced that around ten rockets were identified from Lebanon in the barrage.
