Argentine judge rules charges against singer Liam Payne's manager, hotel employees can proceed

An Argentine judge ruled that charges against five people - including the manager of former One Direction singer Liam Payne and employees of the hotel where he was staying - in relation to the singer's death can proceed, according to a statement from the prosecutor's office on Monday.
