"Hamas is reneging on the understandings and creating a last-minute crisis that is preventing an agreement," the Prime Minister's Office announced on Thursday morning.
"Hamas is retracting explicit understandings that were agreed upon with the mediators and Israel in a last-minute attempt at extortion."
"Israel will not set a date for a Cabinet or government meeting until the mediators announce that Hamas has approved all details of the agreement," the statement concluded.
