Sigal Itzkovich 'not responsible for her actions,' in murder of son, court rules

Sigal Itzkovich, who was indicted for murdering her six-year-old son Liam, was "not responsible for her actions" due to a mental illness she suffered from, the Tel Aviv District Court ruled on Sunday.
