Israel Democratic Party member Ehud Barak released a video on Sunday slamming a possible unity government between Likud, Blue and White, and Yisrael Beiteinu claiming 59% of Israelis are against it. The former prime minister called for a “recalibration of the trajectory needed to stop democracy being crushed.” “This will not happen with the spineless [people] of the right who will not be able to say to Netanyahu: Not a step forward!,” he said. Barak vowed his list will never sit with Netanyahu and his “cronies.”
