Brazilian President Dilma Rousseff said at the United Nations annual General Assembly meeting Monday that the UN cannot procrastinate in constituting a Palestinian State while Israel continues to expand its settlements in the West Bank. 'We cannot postpone establishing a Palestinian State, existing side by side in peace with Israel,' Rousseff said. 'We cannot tolerate the continued expansion of settlements, this we will not accept,' she added.
