British Foreign Secretary Jeremy Hunt said during an interview to BBC Radio 4 on Friday that US President Donald Trump "makes a specialty out of talking in very black and white terms about what's happening in the world," The Daily Mail reported.
Hunt was referring to the recent statement by Trump that ISIS had been defeated in Syria, making it unnecessary for the US to maintain forces in that country.
Hunt remarked that problems in the Middle East "find their way...to the UK" and that "We will continue to do everything we need to do to make sure the streets of Britain are safe."
