Former US president Bill Clinton addresses a memorial rally marking the 20 years since the assassination of former prime minister Yitzhak Rabin, recounting what he learned from the late premier. "I came to love your prime minister," Clinton said. "The day he was killed was probably the worst day of my eight years as president."
“All of you now must decide when your leave here tonight...how to finish the last chapter of his story,” he said to the crowd of tens of thousands gathered at Tel Aviv’s Rabin Square. Clinton added that he hoped Israel would not reach a point where it has to decided whether to be a Jewish or democratic state.
