Veteran Kadima MK and former Knesset speaker Dalia Itzik announced Wednesday that she will not run in the upcoming elections for the 19th Knesset.Itzik was expected to secure a spot toward the top of Kadima's list, but the party was not guaranteed to pass the minimum threshold to get into the Knesset.
