El Al offers one-off flights to Paris and London, and from Miami

Tickets for the flights are currently on sale to Israeli passport holders alone. According to Health Ministry restrictions, entry into Israel is only permitted to citizen or residents, with all arrivals required to isolate for two weeks in a dedicated quarantine hotel.
