Finance Minister Moshe Kahalon on Wednesday said he respected the decision of an Israel Prisons Service parole board to deny former president Moshe Katsav early parole for his seven-year prison sentence. Speaking at the Israel Bar Association's annual conference in Eilat, Kahlon refrained from expressing his personal view of the decision. 'If the board decides, I respect their decision,' he said. 'There are parameters, if they followed the parameters, ok.'
