Former deputy Minister and Yisrael Beytenu secretary-general Faina Kirschenbaum was found guilty of accepting bribes “for years”, the court ruled on Thursday, KAN reported.
Judge Yaron Levi described her method as “systematic, scheming, and sophisticated” and said she took bribes for a six-year period and used the funds to benefit herself, her family members, those close to her and her own party.
Kirschenbaum served as deputy to the Interior Minister during that time.
