Four injured, including five-year-old boy, in shooting in Jaffa

Israel Police arrived in Jaffa on Saturday evening following a report of shootings.Four were harmed in the incident, including a five-year-old boy in critical condition, police spokesperson said.Those injured were taken to Ichilov and Wolfson medical centers for treatment.The police are investigating the background to the event and are currently considering it a criminal shooting and not a terror related incident, police spokesperson said.Jaffa is a large port city near Tel Aviv with a heterogeneous population of Jews, Christians and Muslims. Approximately half of the population are Arab Israelis.
