Government to provide handicapped population with NIS 562 m.

The government approved a grant of 562 million shekels to be distributed among disabled individuals in the first half of 2021.

Some 500 thousand disabled adults and children need this money to survive, Finance Minister Israel Katz noted.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu announced his approval of the plan and intent to support the handicapped community through challenges in the coronavirus pandemic.
