Dozens of handicapped individuals blocked the entrance to Jerusalem on Highway 1 next to the Bridge of Strings on Monday morning.
Traffic was blocked for about an hour.
The protestors argue that the government is not actualizing the law that was meant to raise budgets for them.
In particular, the organizations involved are demanding a higher budget for men and women who are ensured in the National Insurance Institute and require the assistance of another person for everyday activity.
