IDF NCO Chief Warrant Officer Shachar Zada, 45, died on Monday as a result of a work accident, the IDF Spokesperson's Unit reported. Zada was reportedly killed while operating heavy machinery in a military base in central Israel. The military police has opened an investigation surrounding the circumstances that led to the accident. Zada served in the IDF Intelligence Corps. He was a resident of Holon.
