As of today, November 17, 2021, it is possible to fill out an incoming passenger declaration form 48 hours prior to departure/entry into Israel, and not during only 24 hours as has been possible previously.
The decision is intended to allow those entering Israel a wider time frame to fill out the form.
The Ministry of Health recommends that those entering Israel fill out the incoming passenger declaration form as early as possible.
