WASHINGTON- The chairman of the US House Oversight Committee told reporters that it appears President Donald Trump committed a crime while in office, capping Wednesday's day-long hearing with Trump's former lawyer, Michael Cohen. 'It appears he did,' said Democratic Chairman Elijah Cummings when asked if he believed Trump committed a crime as president.
