KIEV - A Ukrainian serviceman killed by a car bomb in Kiev on Tuesday was a colonel for Ukraine's military intelligence, the defense ministry said in a statement. 'As a result of (the explosion) a member of the defense ministry's main intelligence department, Colonel Maksim Shapoval, was killed,' it said.
