MOSCOW - Russia and Saudi Arabia have been discussing a "wide range of options" on cooperation in the global oil market, a Kremlin spokesman said on Wednesday.The spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, was commenting on Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman's interview to Reuters, in which he said both countries were working on a historic long-term alliance on the global oil market.
