Jerusalem resident Mordechai Aflalo and Modi'in resident Arye Katz were indicted on Thursday on charges of fraud, theft and risking spreading an infectious disease, Ynet reported.
According to the indictment, the two are suspected of performing coronavirus tests for money, during a time in which tests were not widely available and needed a doctor's referral.
