Interior Minister Aryeh Deri said on Wednesday that while the Haredi city of Bnei Brak will be placed under near lock-down due to the large numbers of coronavirus patients it has, within that city there are no special restrictions beyond those everyone must follow.
It is estimated that roughly one third of the known patients now in Israel are living in Haredi communities such as Bnei Brak.
