Dennis Kaskevich, a 29-year-old resident of Nahariya, was indicted on charges of serious sexual offenses against a 9-year-old girl on Friday.
Kaskevich followed the girl on her way home after she left school in a town in northern Israel and entered her home and grabbed her by force and committed serious sexual offenses against her. The prosecution has requested that he be detained until the end of the proceedings.
