Obama to nominate Marine general as next Joint Chiefs chairman

WASHINGTON - US President Barack Obama will nominate the US Marine Corps' top general, Joseph Dunford, to become the next chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on Tuesday, a White House official said.In a formal announcement, Obama will also nominate General Paul Selva, currently the commander of the US Transportation Command, as the vice chairman, the official said.FM Sa'ar discusses Gaza war, hostages with Japan's Iwaya
