The Palestinian Health Minister has announced the beginning of the second wave following a rise of 100 coronavirus cases in the last three days, reports Ynet.
The city with the most condensed outbreak is currently Hebron. However, the Palestinian Authority is wary of the outbreak in Ramallah as many medical staff has contracted the virus making it hard to follow numbers.
