Qatari envoy to the Gaza Strip Mohammad al-Emadi arrived in Gaza in the early hours of Friday morning, according to Israeli media.
Al-Emadi was previously in Gaza in July to discuss the humanitarian situation with officials in the coastal enclave and to follow up on the implementation of Qatari projects.
The Gaza Strip envoy is expected to discuss the arrival of Qatari cash payments to needy families in Gaza.
