Romanian President: We are not moving our embassy to Jerusalem

Romanian President Klaus Iohannis said Sunday that the statement by his country’s Prime Minister Viorica Dancila is false and that the Romanian embassy will not move to Jerusalem, Haaretz reported.

Saying that the decision “was not even sent to the Romanian President” AFP reporter Ionut Iordachescu said on Twitter the President said that the “final decision about moving the embassy” is with him and added that the PM is “ignorant of foreign affairs.”
