MOSCOW - Russian Security Council Secretary Nikolai Patrushev held talks on Monday with North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho about the options for dialog between Pyongyang and Seoul, the TASS news agency reported. The North Korean foreign minister arrived in Moscow on Monday by plane from Turkmenistan and was due to hold talks with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on Tuesday.
