The New York Times reported on Tuesday that the chairman of the Provisional Sovereignty Council in Sudan, General Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, warned in a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo yesterday that if the US Congress does not approve the law that gives Sudan immunity from future lawsuits by American terror victims by the end of December, Sudan will freeze the process of normalization with Israel.
