The Supreme Court decided on Monday 100 Palestinians must be allowed to enter Israel for attending an alternative Memorial Day ceremony in which both Jewish and Palestinian loss of life in the conflict will be addressed.
The court’s decision stated that if one of these Palestinians poses a security risk to the State of Israel, Defense Minister Benjamin Netanyahu can use his authority to prevent that person from entering the country.
