During an evacuation of an outpost near the West Bank settlement of Yitzhar, a 15-year-old boy poured cement onto his leg and into the foundations of the post, Israeli media reported on Wednesday, barricading himself inside.
The teen was released shortly after from the cement and was arrested by authorities.
Three others have been arrested during the evacuation, which is being carried out by Special Patrol Unit, IDF and Border Police forces.
