Rabbi Menachem Froman, the much-loved rabbi of the Tekoa settlement in the Gush Etzion region, passed away Monday after he had suffered a serious decline in health due to a battle with cancer.Froman, a leading figure in the national-religious movement, was diagnosed with colon cancer more than two years ago.He was scheduled to be laid to rest on Tuesday at the Tekoa Cemetery.
