The Jerusalem District Court sentenced Subhi Abu-Halifa of Shuafat to 18 years in prison on Monday for a terrorist attack at the light rail station in the French Hill neighborhood in Jerusalem on October 8 2015. Abu-Halifa was convicted of attempted murder after stabbing a civilian, injuring him and then trying unsuccessfully to grab a gun from a local security guard in order to commit an attack on civilians.
