Father and daughter drown to death after boat capsizes off Tel Aviv coast

A father and his daughter drowned to death after a boat capsized on Saturday off the coast adjacent to the Reading Power Plant in Tel Aviv.Magen David Adom paramedics declared the death of the 7-year-old girl and divers retrieved the unconscious man in his 50s from the water and attempted to resuscitate him before proclaiming his death.Police were investigating the incident.
