Ukrainian foreign minister says no breakthrough in Paris talks

Ukraine's foreign minister said on Thursday he did not believe there had been any significant breakthrough in Paris talks on the Ukraine crisis.
Speaking after a meeting with foreign ministers from Russia, Germany and France, Pavlo Klimkin said there still needed to be significant progress in terms of security and ceasefire before Ukraine could push ahead with an electoral law that would enable elections in the rebel zone of Donbass.
When asked if there had been a breakthrough, he said, "No, I don't get that feeling."
France's foreign minister at the end of the meeting said all the countries hoped to have the electoral law in place as soon as possible with a target of holding the elections by the end of June this year.
