US Capitol should be secured with 'mobile fencing,' other steps-report

A report recommending security improvements around the US Capitol following the Jan. 6 insurrection calls for eventually replacing fencing around the building with a "mobile fencing" option, as it also noted the need to upgrade US Capitol Police intelligence capabilities.
